Braised Rabbit Legs

Blanch rabbit legs and wash them for later use.

Prepare green onion, ginger, garlic and star anise.
3.
Pour the oil in the hot pan and put the rock sugar to melt.

Add rabbit legs and stir-fry with sugar. Then add green onion, ginger, garlic and star anise.

Add 1 scoop of cooking wine, 2 scoops of vinegar, 4 scoops of light soy sauce, and simmer with boiling water. The soup is dried out and out of the pot.
