Braised Rabbit Meat
1.
Saute the sliced garlic and ginger in a pot first.
2.
Pour the chopped rabbit meat into the pot and stir fry.
3.
When the rabbit meat starts to change color, add a spoonful of chili flakes.
4.
Stir-fry until it is completely broken, add rice wine, dark soy sauce, and salt to taste and stir well.
5.
After stir-frying, add a bowl of water, cover the pot, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat.
6.
When the rabbit meat is burned, use chopsticks to insert it. If it feels soft and rotten, you can harvest the juice on the fire.
