Beef brisket is warm in nature and white radish is cold in nature. These two ingredients are a very good pair, and they are also a dish suitable for warming up in winter. It is more delicious with June's braised soy sauce.

Braised Radish Sirloin

1. Prepare the required materials. White radish, sirloin cut into pieces, ginger slices, millet spicy cut into prismatic slices.

2. Heat oil in a pot, add garlic and ginger slices until fragrant.

3. Add grass fruit, bay leaves, cinnamon, and star anise to explode the fragrance.

4. Add sirloin and stir fry quickly.

5. Stir-fry until the color changes and add salt.

6. Add June braised soy sauce and stir fry for color.

7. Put the fried sirloin into the pressure cooker, add water, the water level just covers the sirloin.

8. Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes after SAIC.

9. Turn to the wok and remove the spices.

10. Add the white radish, cook for 5 minutes on high heat and turn to medium heat for 10 minutes.

11. Finally, add the spicy millet, stew with salt and boil the juice.

Tips:

Turnips should not be boiled with beef brisket, as the turnips will be boiled in the end.
