Spare ribs have always been an indispensable food in my winter. I still use my gravy, which is simple and delicious. . .

Braised Ribs

1. Wash the ribs, soak in clean water for an hour, and change the water twice halfway

2. Slice ginger, cut garlic into small pieces

3. Carrot hob

4. Bring the water to a boil, add the ribs and pass the water

5. Stir fragrant garlic and ginger in a hot pan with cold oil

6. Stir-fry lower ribs

7. Pour the cooking wine

8. Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken noodles

9. Put the brine (leave the brine every time you cook something, it's very convenient to use for meat dishes)

10. Boil until the brine melts, add rock sugar

11. Join tangerine peel

12. Pour the water to boil, the amount of water just submerge the ribs

13. Boil it dry for the first time, add as much water as the first time, and boil it dry again

14. Add the carrots, also submerge the water with the ingredients, just boil the juice and add salt when you start the pot

15. Serve and sprinkle sesame seeds

Tips:

If you don’t have brine at home, you can add star anise, pepper, chili, cinnamon, licorice, and bay leaves to stir-fry or stew when burning garlic and ginger.
