Braised Ribs

Put water in the pot to boil, add some cooking wine, boil the bleeding water, remove the fishy, and cook for about five or six minutes.

Prepare the ingredients during the meat cooking process: white onion, garlic, star anise, bay leaf, angelica dahurica, grass bandit.

Take the cooked ribs out and set aside; add oil to the pot and add some rock sugar to the guy and cook until it becomes reddish.

Pour the removed ribs into the melted rock sugar and stir fry a little.

Add the prepared seasoning and stir fry

Pour in boiling water, surpass the ribs, and simmer over low heat.

Tips:
Boil brown sugar on low heat, don't boil it over high heat!
