Braised Ribs

First, clean the prepared pork chops and drain them for later use.

Prepare a plate of green onion, ginger, garlic, chili peel, millet pepper, peppercorns, star anise, cinnamon, and grass fruit. Cut green pepper into pieces and prepare a little parsley.

Put oil in the pan, add two spoons of white sugar, and fry the sugar color.

Add salt and chicken sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.

Serve out and garnish with coriander.
