Braised Ribs

Put 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 2 pieces of green onion, 1 aniseed, and 2 slices of ginger into the pork ribs in a pot under cold water, blanch them and rinse and control dry.

Put oil in the pot and put rock sugar on low heat.

The rock sugar is boiled and put in the ribs.

When the color darkens, add the remaining sliced ginger, aniseed, tangerine peel, green onion and dried chili and stir fry.

Add 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, and 2 spoons of braised soy sauce.

The added water covers the ribs.

Then add 1 tablespoon of soybean paste and appropriate amount of salt, turn to a low heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

The method is simple and delicious.
Tips:
You don’t need a casserole. I like to eat the ribs stewed badly, so I use a casserole.
