Braised Ribs

Wash the ribs and chop into small pieces, put the marinade, add about 30ml of water to marinate for 10-15 minutes

Add oil to the pot, heat up, add the ribs and fry until golden on both sides, set aside

Add about 500ml of water and bring to a boil. Add ginger, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, sugar, Knorr pork bone soup to taste the thick soup treasure, until it melts, make the soup base taste more mellow, the texture is thicker

Put the ribs in, keep on high heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes

Open the lid, continue to use high heat to collect the juice until thick, and the soup is drawn layer by layer. Pour the juicy ribs into the plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. Braised pork ribs should pay attention to adjusting the fire power in the final step of collecting the juice. Pay attention to the inside of the pot and stir frequently to avoid the thick broth from simmering at high temperatures.
2. In order to make the soup more mellow and moist, add the Knorr Soup Bao during the boiling process. As the soup is boiled, the Soup Bao will completely melt, and then add the ribs. The taste is better.
