Braised Ribs

Be prepared for aniseed.

Soak the ribs in water to remove blood.
3.
When adding cold water to the ribs, be sure to cool the pot under the water, then add the green onion, ginger slices and cooking wine to remove the fishy froth after boiling.

Spare ribs out of the pot and set aside.

Stir-fried sugar, less oil and polysaccharides, slowly boil rock sugar into maroon-red color. Pay more attention to this step. If the sugar is too light or too heavy, it will affect the taste.

Stir-fry with sugar and add ribs, stir-fry and evenly color, then serve.

Put the green onion and ginger aniseed in the pot and stir fry, then add the ribs to stir fry

Add in hot water and the hot water should cover the ribs, add the dark soy sauce, cover with salt, and cook for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, the high heat will collect the juice.

Serve with chopped green onion on the plate~
