Braised Ribs

Soak the fresh ribs in cold water first, then add Zhuhou sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt, and chicken essence, stir well, and marinate for 2 hours.

Wash the colored peppers and cut into triangles for later use.

Heat oil in a pan, pour in the marinated ribs and stir fry until golden.

Add appropriate amount of water, turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Cook until the ribs are in the juice, then serve on a plate for later use.

Heat oil in a pan, pour in colored peppers and stir-fry until 8 is ripe, add a small amount of salt to taste.
7.
Pour in the ribs and stir fry until the bell peppers are cooked through.
