Braised Ribs

Ingredients: two catties of ribs, light soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, rock sugar, cooking wine, tomato sauce, star anise, cinnamon, etc.

Tips:
1. There have been times when you put a little sugar and stir-fried until the color is burnt in order to color the ribs with the syrup, and the syrup you fried is ruddy, soft and sweet;
2. Add rock sugar to season and increase color, make the ribs brighter;
