This is a dish that my wife, son and I both like!

Braised Ribs

1. Wash the ribs and chop into small pieces.

2. Put the cooking wine in a pot under cold water and boil the bleeding water, remove and drain for later use.

3. Heat the pot and pour oil, add rock sugar and fry until red and honey-like.

4. Add the ribs to color.

5. 2. Pour the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, star anise, cinnamon, tangerine peel, bay leaves, fry until the aroma, add boiling water to submerge the ribs, add green onion and ginger, boil over high heat, and simmer for 1 hour.

6. Add salt, pick out the seasoning, and collect the juice on high heat until it is thick.
