Braised Ribs

Put the ribs in the pot under cold water, add green onion, ginger, and cooking wine. After the water is boiled, skim off the foam, then remove it for use

Put rock sugar in the pot, simmer slowly, until amber

Pour the blanched ribs into the pot and stir fry until they are colored

Pour in boiling water, add green onions, ginger, aniseed, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and simmer for an hour
