Braised Rice Cake with Sea Rice, Mushrooms and Cabbage

Prepare the ingredients, wash the shiitake mushrooms and vegetables for later use.

Wash dried sea rice in advance and soak in cold water.

Cut the shiitake mushrooms into slices, white onion into cubes, and ginger into cubes.

Cut the rice cake into slices.

Wash the vegetables with dry water, cut into pieces, and separate the leaves and leaves.
