Braised Rice Cakes

Ingredients: 120g rice flour, 30g flour, 1g dry yeast, 38g sugar, 88g water

Put the powder, sugar and yeast in a bowl,

Add water,

Stir it into a smooth and even batter, cover it with plastic wrap, and leave it to ferment overnight.

When the batter rises, it starts to bubble.

Tips:
The size of the pie can be adjusted arbitrarily according to your preferences.
Use a small fire when frying, so as not to burn the bottom.
Stamping is easier to mature.
