Braised Rice with Beans and Sausage

1. Pick and wash the beans, break them into small pieces, blanch them in boiling water and remove them.

2. Cut potatoes into small pieces, blanch them in boiling water and remove them.

3. Dice the sausage.

4. Dice carrot and celery.

5. Heat the wok without oil, add the diced sausage and fry.

6. Put the beans and potatoes in the pot, add a little green onion, garlic cloves, add two drops of light soy sauce, and stir fry for three minutes with one drop of oyster sauce.

7. Put the rice into the rice cooker, plug in the power and cook the rice for ten minutes, then open the lid, put the beans and potatoes, and continue cooking.

8. Until it jumps to the warmth, add the sausages after simmering for five minutes.

9. Add carrots and diced celery in five minutes, add salt and chicken essence, and simmer for five minutes.
