Braised Rice with Eggplant, Sausage and Brown Rice

Soak the brown rice for half an hour in advance

Wash the rice and brown rice and put them in a rice cooker

Diced sausages

Put the diced sausages into the rice, add a proper amount of water and start the brown rice cooking function of the rice cooker

Eggplant, carrots and onions are all cut into small cubes

Start the frying pan and sauté the onion first

Add some carrots and diced eggplant, stir fry and add some salt to taste

Add some sugar and sauce and stir fry well

When the rice is boiled and the juice is almost dry, put the fried ingredients flat and continue cooking

Tips:
There is no additional salt in my rice, because the sausage and the ingredients are salty!
