Braised Rice with Mushroom Ribs

Dice the onion, shiitake mushrooms, and carrots and stir-fry until fragrant. spare

Tips:
It can be slightly salty when seasoning, because it will be steamed with rice, so it will not be too light. If there is too much soup, don’t put it all in, just use more than usual steamed rice. If there is too much soup, the rice will be too dry.
