Everyone has different appetites, this time I cooked for one person. Add a little glutinous rice and mix it with northeast rice, so you don’t need to pour the wash water.

Braised Rice with Mushroom Ribs

1. The rice and glutinous rice are mixed and washed and set aside

2. Add cold water and ginger slices to the pot, blanch the ribs, remove and rinse for later use

3. Pour a small amount of oil in the pan, put the ribs in, then add sugar, fry until it turns yellow, then pour the cooking wine

4. Pour in soy sauce, dark soy sauce, shiitake mushroom slices, garlic, stir fry evenly, add appropriate amount of salt, cook for half an hour on medium heat, then collect the juice on high heat

5. Pour the cooked ribs into the rice pot, add enough water to braise the rice, and cook for 10 minutes on high heat

6. After a large amount of hot air comes out from the stomata, turn to low heat for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes

7. The delicious stewed rice with mushrooms and ribs is ready to eat
