The cold wave hits, I stay at home and don’t want to go out. I made this braised rice with the ingredients at home. It has meat and vegetables with a soup, which is also excellent. The children ate two bowls~

Braised Rice with Mushroom Ribs

1. Pork ribs blanched;

2. After washing, put it into a container, pour light soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce, cooking wine and ginger, mix well, marinate for more than 20 minutes

3. Wash and slice shiitake mushrooms, peel and dice carrots;

4. Heat up a pan, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, add the ribs, and fry until golden on both sides;

5. Put in light soy sauce and a little dark soy sauce;

6. Put in rock sugar

7. Put the chopped mushrooms and carrots in, and pour in appropriate amount of oyster sauce and salt;

8. Add cabbage leaves and stir fry for a while;

9. Wash the rice and put it in a proper amount of water;

10. Put the ribs in and spread on the surface of the rice. Put in the rice cooker and press the cooking program;
Mix well after being out of the pot

Tips:

1. The water content in the rice can be the same as that used during cooking;
2. The seasoning can be put a little bit more relatively, so as to avoid the cooked rice is not salty enough;
3. Vegetables can be increased or decreased according to your preference.
