Braised Rice with Mushroom Ribs

Pork ribs blanched;

After washing, put it into a container, pour light soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce, cooking wine and ginger, mix well, marinate for more than 20 minutes

Wash and slice shiitake mushrooms, peel and dice carrots;

Tips:
1. The water content in the rice can be the same as that used during cooking;
2. The seasoning can be put a little bit more relatively, so as to avoid the cooked rice is not salty enough;
3. Vegetables can be increased or decreased according to your preference.
