Braised Rice with Pork Ribs, Taro and Shiitake Mushrooms

Soak the mushrooms, wash the rice and ribs. Cut the ribs into small pieces, peel the taro and cut into cubes, cut the shiitake mushrooms into strips, chop the ginger, and cut the chopped green onion into cubes

Soak the ribs in clean water for 5 minutes to remove blood, then add salt, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, peanut oil, cooking wine and ginger, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes

Put the rice and shiitake mushrooms in the rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water, and press the cook button

The rice is cooked until half-cooked and the water starts to collect

Add ribs and taro, cover and continue cooking

Simmer for 5 minutes after the cooking button has tripped, then mix the food well

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and eat
Tips:
The amount of water used for cooking can be as much as usual for cooking. You can also add some other favorite ingredients, such as carrots, potatoes, etc.
