Braised Rice with Potatoes and Bacon

Pour water into the pot and wait for the water to boil, then pour the rice in and let the rice half-cooked.

Use a slotted spoon to multiply the rice into the pot.

Cut the bacon into cubes,

Potatoes are also diced

Pour oil in the pan, fry the bacon and potatoes at the same time, add salt, and pour water to avoid touching the potatoes and bacon.

Then pour the rice in, spread the bacon and potatoes, use chopsticks to pierce a few air holes, and slowly simmer until the potatoes are inserted through the chopsticks.
