Braised Rice with Potatoes and Beans

Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces; break off the two ends of the beans, pull up the hard wire on the edge, and break it to the right size

Dice pork, dice onion

Soak the rice for half an hour or more in advance

Heat the pot, pour the oil, add the diced onion, and stir fry for a taste

Add the diced pork and stir-fry (the pork can be cut as large or small as you like)

Add potatoes and beans, stir fry

Pour light soy sauce

Put in the right amount of salt

Soak the rice in advance to shorten the cooking time

Add enough water to put the soaked rice in (the water is about the thickness of a knuckle of the rice)

Bring to a high heat, turn to a low heat, and cook until the water is dry, the rice is cooked, low heat, cook the bottom of the pan, and turn off the heat when you smell a slight burnt incense
