Braised Rice with Ribs and Glutinous Rice

Rinse the small ribs with clean blood water

Marinate overnight with salt, light soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger and cooking wine

Prepare sliced ginger and chopped green onion

Wash the carrots, onions, and shiitake mushrooms and dice separately

Wash the glutinous rice and soak one hour in advance

Heat the oil in a pan for 7 minutes, add the ginger slices and sauté

Then add the marinated ribs and stir-fry until fragrant and push to the side

Add the diced vegetables and stir fry until it tastes good

Add cooking wine and stir-fry evenly

Try the salty bite. Just a little bit salty. Add salt and stir-fry evenly.

Add glutinous rice to the taji pot first

Then add all the stir-fried dishes, and then add some boiling water (the amount of water is enough to submerge the bottom of the pot)

Use microwave power, first 6 minutes, then 2 minutes and then another minute.
14.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
Tips:
1. Ribs are marinated overnight to make the taste more delicious
2. The glutinous rice has been soaked, so add some boiling water to it
