Braised Rice with Sausage and Corn

Wash the rice and set aside. Cut the sausage into thin slices.

Heat the pot, then add the sausages and saute until fragrant. Add corn kernels and stir fry evenly.

Add rice, stir-fry evenly and spread out in the pan.

Slowly pour a bowl of water until it reaches the surface of the rice.
5.
Add a few drops of sesame oil and a little salt, cover the pot, simmer for 20-30 minutes on medium-high heat, and the rice is cooked.
