Braised Rice with Taro Ribs

Prepare the required materials (the ribs are already chopped when they are bought back)

Wash the ribs, soak in water for 5 minutes to remove blood, then add salt, sugar, soy sauce, dark soy, edible oil, cooking wine and ginger slices

Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes

Peel the taro and cut into small cubes

Add the chopped diced taro to the ribs

Mix well and set aside

Add a little edible oil to the soy sauce, mix well and set aside

Shallots cut into chopped green onions

Wash the rice, put it in the rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, and then press the cooking button

When the rice starts to boil and the water starts to dry

Add ribs and diced taro, then cover and continue cooking

After the cooking button trips, add soy sauce and simmer for 5 minutes

Sprinkle chopped green onion at the end
Tips:
The amount of water used for cooking rice can be as much as usual for cooking. You can also add some other favorite ingredients, such as carrots and potato diced.
