Braised Rice with Three Fresh Sauce

Prepare rice, sausages, carrots, onions, and potatoes.

Wash potatoes, carrots, and onions, and dice separately. Cut the sausage into small cubes.

Wash the rice, pour it into a rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of cold water; pour in all the side dishes.

Add salt and mix well; cover with a lid, transfer to the cooking position, and cook until the rice is cooked.

Unplug the cooked rice and continue to simmer for 15 minutes; put it into a bowl, mix well with sesame oil and serve.
