Braised Rice with Yolked Egg and Bacon

Prepare all ingredients

After washing the bacon, pour the rice wine into the pot under cold water and boil it, then pick it up and wash it

Cut the bacon into small pieces, wash and cut carrots and cabbage

Add bacon in a non-stick pan and turn to low heat to fry out all the fat in the bacon

Pour the green beans into boiling water and boil, remove and rinse

Tips:
1. The salty taste of bacon varies from home to home. If it is too salty, soak some in clear water before cooking.
