Braised Sauerkraut with Bone Bone

Wash the bones with running water for 5 minutes.

Put the stick bones into a pot with 2000ml water, add sliced ginger, green onion, and boil the star anise over high heat.

After boiling, use a spoon to skim off the foam on it.

Cover and simmer for two hours.

Cut sauerkraut into shreds.

The stewed stick bones contain part of the bones and soup for other use.

Add the chopped sauerkraut and stir well.

Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, add salt to taste and cook.
