Braised Saury

Prepare the main ingredients. Take out the fish's internal organs, fish gills, wash, and dry the fish with kitchen paper.

Add saury and fry.

Fry until golden on one side for the other side.

Tips:
Don't turn the fish when it is fried at the beginning, and turn it over for a longer time so that the skin will not fall off.
