Braised Sea Bass

Wash the sea bass with a cutting knife

Add a little cooking wine and salt to marinate for 20 minutes

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the fish to fry, fry until golden on both sides, out of the pan

Dice onion, dice bamboo shoots, dice shiitake mushrooms

Reheat the frying pan, add the green onion, ginger, onion and fry until the aroma

Then add diced bamboo shoots and diced shiitake mushrooms and stir fry

Then add 1 spoon of cooking wine, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar and a little water

Add the fried fish and turn to a low heat

Boil until 1/3 of the soup is left, collect the juice on high heat
10.
Save a little soup and get out of the pot
Tips:
Don't keep the soup dry, you can eat bibimbap if you like. To fry fish, heat the oil in a cold pan so that the fish will not break.
