Braised Sea Bass

Remove the scales and gills of the sea bass, and rinse off the blood stains

Put green onions, garlic slices, ginger slices, cooking wine, peppercorns, pepper and salt, add water (just over the fish), marinate for one hour

Slice green onion, slice ginger, slice garlic, one star anise

Burn the pot to dry, add peanut oil, chopped green onion, garlic slices, ginger slices and star anise until fragrant

Put a lot of water in the oil-guzzling soy sauce and stir evenly

Put the marinated fish in the fire and boil

After it is boiled, use a spoon to remove the foam and turn to a low heat to slowly cook until only a small amount of soup remains

The fish comes out and the soup stays in the pot

Pour a little starch and rinse with water

Thicken. Pour the water starch into the pot and stir evenly

Pour the thickened soup on the fish and put coriander on it.
Tips:
Remember not to cover the pot when grilling fish, so that the fishy smell can escape
