Braised Sea Crab

1. Wash the sea crabs and slice the ginger for later use.

2. Heat the pan with cold oil, and saute the ginger first.

3. Then add the sea crab and fry until the color changes.

4. Add a lot of cooking wine and a little hot water, place the crab shells facing down, cover the pot and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes. Be careful not to boil the water in the middle.

5. Finished product.

6. Served with ginger vinegar sauce.

Tips:

1. Ginger vinegar sauce (light soy sauce + old vinegar + ginger shreds) is best steamed in a pot to dispel cold.
2. When simmering, the crab shell faces down to prevent the red paste from flowing out.
