Braised Sequoia Fish

Remove the scales and belly of the red cedar, and wash it, and sprinkle a little salt on the surface for a base taste.

Shred the ginger, onion and chili, and mince the meat.

Pick up the frying pan and fry the fish until golden on both sides and set aside for later use.

Heat oil in a pot, stir fragrant ginger and chili, add minced meat and stir-fry for a while.

Add appropriate amount of water, light soy sauce, and bring to a boil.

Add the fish to the pot and simmer for a while.

Before starting the pan, add the green onion, shredded pepper, and add some chicken essence to taste
