Braised Short Ribs

Cut the pork ribs into sections and blanch them in water.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot and add sugar.
3.
Boil the sugar into a brown-red color.

Pour into the small row of blanched water and stir-fry evenly.
5.
Add green onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon and continue to stir fry.
6.
Add soy sauce and cooking wine and stir fry.
7.
Add boiling water, not past a small row.
8.
Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes, add salt to taste, and cook for another 20 minutes to concentrate the soup.
