Braised Shrimp in Oil

Prepare garlic, shallots, and coriander, as shown in the picture. Garlic can be a little bit more fragrant.

Heat up a wok, add 60% of the oil to the heat, and fry the shrimps until they turn red and remove them.

Heat the water in the pot to dry, high heat, and pour the oil of the fried shrimp into the pot.

Put the garlic in a casserole and fry for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Put the fried shrimp in a casserole, cover the lid and simmer for 2-4 minutes.

After SAIC, open the lid, stir evenly, add a small amount of salt, soy sauce, chicken essence, cooking wine, and cover the pot.

Simmer on low heat for about two minutes, open the lid and add green onions and coriander.
