Braised Shrimp with Radish

Cut the white radish into thin strips and take a slice of ginger for later use

Merlin luncheon meat and shredded shiitake mushrooms

Shrimp (fresh and frozen are ok), remove the shrimp thread and set aside

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, put ginger and pepper to fragrant

Pour the prawns and stir fry for a while, then put the prawns out of the pan for later use, remove the pepper and ginger and discard. Leave the remaining oil in the pot.

Add a little more oil, add ginger and sauté fragrant, pour shredded radish and stir fry for a while

Add clean water, the amount of water needs to be less than the shredded radish

Put in the prepared merlin luncheon meat and shiitake mushrooms

Cover and stew until the radish is soft

The water has collected the juice and the radish has become soft. Season with appropriate salt.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion after serving. It's done!
Tips:
1. This dish does not need to add other umami agents, and I never use chicken essence and MSG in our dishes.
2. The shredded radish is only soft and delicious. But pay attention to the heat and moisture.
