"Fried every time you cook" This is an intuitive summary of braised dishes. In fact, some methods of cooking dishes at home can be made according to your own habits. For example, for this "broiled silver carp", I just used fried instead of deep-frying. Although there are differences between the two, it does not affect the taste.

Braised Silver Carp

1. Ingredients: silver carp

2. Clean up the silver carp, because the pot is small, cut off in the middle to make it easier to cook

3. Prepare green onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper

4. Heat oil, add silver carp and fry

5. Fry both sides until browned

6. Heat oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper to fry until fragrant

9. Add some light soy sauce

10. Add appropriate amount of water

11. Cook for 5 minutes, add salt and sugar to taste

13. Put it out of the pot and serve on the plate, ready to taste

Tips:

1. In order to keep the fish intact, it is best to fry it in a non-stick pan.
2. It can be deep-fried both inside and outside, and only the outside is fried, so the cooking time should not be too long.
