My cousin brought a silver carp for fishing and braised it in braised sauce at noon.

Braised Silver Carp

1. The silver carp is cleaned and drained.
Put soy oil, ginger slices, a little salt in the pot, open the fish and fry until the fish can shake

2. Turn over and continue to fry the other side until golden on both sides.

3. Add white wine, dark soy sauce, garlic, salt

4. Add some boiling water

5. After the high heat is boiled, cook for 5 minutes, turn the fish over and turn to low heat

6. Cook until the soup is ready to dry. You can put some peppers and chopped green onions, I didn't.

Tips:

The oil pan should be brought to a boil, put some salt and ginger slices down and burn together, so that it is not easy to stain the fish skin.
