Braised Silver Carp

Clean up the silver carp

Prepare green onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper.

Heat oil, add silver carp and fry.

Tips:
1. In order to keep the fish intact, it is best to fry it in a non-stick pan.
2. It can be deep-fried both inside and outside, and only the outside is fried, so the cooking time should not be too long.
