Braised Silver Carp

Clean up the silver carp.

Chop cubes and drain the water.
3.
Heat oil and fry the fish pieces in portions.

Fry until the fish is browned and fish out. Do it in turn.

Put the fried fish pieces into the pressure cooker

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the green onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper to fry until fragrant.

Cook the dark soy sauce and add appropriate amount of water.

Bring it to a boil.

Pour the boiling soup into the pressure cooker.
10.
Season with salt and sugar.

Simmer for 20 minutes.
12.
After the pressure is relieved, the pan is placed on the plate and ready to be served.
Tips:
1. Deep-fried fish can be fried once or re-fried twice.
2. You don't need a pressure cooker. When using an ordinary cooker, put more water.
