The meat of silver carp is tender and the easiest way is to stew it, but there are so many small spines in the silver carp meat, so you have to be careful when eating it. So I used the braising method to cook this silver carp, the bone crispy meat is very fragrant. "

2. Chop cubes and drain the water.

3. Heat oil and fry the fish pieces in portions.

4. Fry until the fish is browned and fish out. Do it in turn.

5. Put the fried fish pieces into the pressure cooker

6. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the green onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper to fry until fragrant.

7. Cook the dark soy sauce and add appropriate amount of water.

8. Bring it to a boil.

9. Pour the boiling soup into the pressure cooker.
