Braised Silver Carp
1.
I bought two pieces of silver carp, washed them and cut them into even slices.
2.
Heat an appropriate amount of oil, add dark soy sauce, a few peppers, aniseed, a little five-spice powder and add boiling water.
3.
Wash the purchased bamboo grate and put it in a pot (to prevent sticking to the pot and prevent fish from breaking).
4.
Put the cut fish on the bamboo grate and place it into the pot according to the original cutting knife and burn it.
5.
Put the shallots and ginger shreds in a pot and simmer.
6.
After simmering, take out the bamboo grate and put it in a casserole (heatable).
7.
Boil the soup thickly, add minced garlic and red pepper, and pour it into a casserole.
8.
The braised silver carp is out of the pot, and the aroma is pleasant. Because of the use of bamboo grate, it not only maintains the integrity of the fish fillet, but also has the rich flavor of the braised silver carp.
