Braised Soft Tofu

Prepare the ingredients, pat the garlic, shred the ginger, and cut the tofu into slightly larger pieces.

Pour oil in the pan, put the beef sauce, there is no green onion in the house, add a few more cloves of garlic and ginger to stir-fry, stir-fry the aroma,

After the seasoning is fragrant, pour in tofu, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce, stir-fry and cook for 5-6 minutes.

After cooking, add sesame oil, and the fragrant tofu is out of the pot. It would be better if you sprinkle some shallots on it~~
Tips:
Cut the tofu into larger pieces. The stir-frying action should be light, because the tofu is very tender, so avoid the tofu from being scattered during the cooking process.
