Braised Soy Trotter

Put the fresh trotters into a pot with cold water and bring to a boil.

Move the boiled pig's trotter together with the pot to the sink and rinse with cold water, and clean up the pig hair that has not been cleaned of blood impurities.

Clean the pig's feet and soaked soybeans for later use.

Heat the pot over the fire, pour 50 grams of oil into the chopped aniseed, and stir fry until it tastes good.

Pour the trotters and add soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar, chicken vinegar and stir fry evenly.

Add boiling water to soak the trotters, pour the soybeans after the water is boiled, and continue to boil on high heat.

Use a spoon to remove the floating veins, turn to low heat and simmer for 90 minutes.
8.
After simmering, collect the juice over high heat.
Tips:
Soybeans need to be soaked in advance. Soybeans and trotters are not easy to cook. You should stew slowly over low heat. Don't be impatient
