I always like to eat fish. No matter what kind of fish is ready, it is delicious. If you want to eat light, you can steam it, and if you want to eat the most important flavor, it will be braised so that it won’t be fishy. Especially with the dark soy sauce, there is also a bit of sauce, sweet and tender fish.

Braised Spanish Mackerel

1. Wash the fish and cut into pieces

2. Make a pot of oil, 70% hot, and fry the fish in the pot

3. Fried until golden on both sides, weigh out and set aside

4. Put some base oil in the pot and stir-fry the ginger and garlic for a fragrance

5. Put fish

6. Cooking wine

7. Sprinkle the soy sauce, dark soy sauce and salt evenly. Don't stir the fish, it will fall apart, just shake the pot gently and cover the lid to collect the juice.

Tips:

1. When the fish is fried, it will be golden on both sides, it is best when it is about to be cooked;
2. When putting soy sauce and other seasonings, try not to stir the fish pieces, as the fish will fall off, just start the pot.
