Braised Spanish Mackerel

Wash the fish and cut into pieces

Make a pot of oil, 70% hot, and fry the fish in the pot

Fried until golden on both sides, weigh out and set aside

Tips:
1. When the fish is fried, it will be golden on both sides, it is best when it is about to be cooked;
2. When putting soy sauce and other seasonings, try not to stir the fish pieces, as the fish will fall off, just start the pot.
