The three-headed crab is not only cheap but also good in quality, and it is far inferior to ordinary crabs.

Braised Three Eye Crab

1. Buy three-eye crabs for cleaning, since the bottom should be cleaned, you can use a brush to wash off the sand and dust on the bottom.

2. The washed three-eye crab is cut in the middle with a kitchen knife,
