Braised Tiger Eggs

Wash the eggs with cold water and put them in a pot. After the water is boiled, cook for 7-8 minutes.

Peel off the shell if it is too cold.

Roll a circle of light soy sauce respectively.

Pour a little oil into the pan and fry the eggs until the skin is golden and wrinkled.

Pour in hot water and the eggs together.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and simmer for about 25 minutes.

Change the high heat to collect the juice until thick, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
