Braised Tiger Eggs

1. Eggs cooked in a pan under cold water

2. Peel the boiled egg and set aside. Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger, and 2 star anise

3. Pour an appropriate amount of base oil into the pan and cook until 50% of the heat, lay the egg and fry the golden brown

4. Add green onion, ginger slices, star anise and sauté

5. Pour in water, add three teaspoons dark soy sauce, three teaspoons sugar, half a teaspoon salt, one third teaspoon chicken powder, two teaspoons cooking wine

6. Change the fire to medium and small fires

7. Cook until the soup is thick and ready to be out of the pot
