Braised Tilapia

A piece of tilapia is washed and cut with a knife on the body of the fish, marinated with salt and white wine.

1. The hot oil is 80% hot. 2. Stir-fry the seasoning with green onion, ginger and dried chili. 3. Pour in the pre-boiled hot water and boil it in the pot. 4. The water opens up into the tilapia. Simmer for a while, add light soy sauce and salt.
Tips:
The fish is cooked well, so it's good to simmer for a while. You can also put some cooking wine or white wine during the stewing, because I marinated it with white wine in advance. Simple and easy to learn (⊙o⊙)!
