Braised Tilapia

Clean up the tilapia, and scratch the fish for a good taste.

Pat a layer of starch on the surface of the fish, and shake off the excess starch.

Put the oil in the wok and heat it to 80% heat, and put the fish in the frying again.

Leave the bottom oil in the wok, add the green onion, ginger, and pepper aniseed and stir fry for a nice flavor.

Put in the fried fish.

Add vinegar, cooking wine, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce along the side of the pot. Fry for half a minute on each side.

Put an appropriate amount of hot water to boil.

After the pot is boiling, add a few breaks of garlic, salt, and simmer for 8 minutes on high heat.
9.
The finished picture, pour it directly into the fish dish when it comes out of the pan.
